Education? Are you trying to say the people who follow Islam are not so educated? I must say you are on wrong track. It is the gap between the thought processes of Western world and Islamic world and we can see an indication here in the article.

Bruder has written about a private Marshall Plan for the Islamic world by citing three trends - a youth boom in the population, - high unemployment especially among the youths and - a shortage of qualified people skilled and professional jobs to develop country's economy. Which part of western world is not facing the similar problem? so what is the need to create fuss about Islamic world only?
